Lab for Experimental Governance
Project with municipality Zwolle: Co-creation with urban living lab "De Hogenkamp" to develop a method and model for urban renewal, tailored for dealing with fragmented ownership. A method for exploring future scenarios and pathways to renew an area with large pieces of land owned by homeowners' associations (in Dutch: Vereniging van Eigenaren, VvE’s). Aim is to develop a methodological approach for assessing options for collective action, connecting public and private interests, focusing on collaborative sustainability objectives from a broad welfare perspective. Part of the research project is to build and improve an Integral Neighbourhood Transformation Investment Model. A proposal for a subsidy for this research lab is requested in January 2026.
